Whatever your industry, built to fit.
We don't only build for healthcare. If your team runs on spreadsheets, manual checks or software that doesn't fit how you work, we build what you need and run it for you.
Internal tools and portals
Admin panels, team workspaces and client portals built around how your team already works.
AI agents
Agents that read documents, sort requests and draft replies, and pass anything unclear to a person.
Workflow automation
Assignments, approvals, follow-ups and reminders that run without anyone chasing them.
Document processing
Data pulled out of forms, PDFs and emails, checked, and put where it belongs.
Reporting and dashboards
Reports from your own data that update themselves, so nobody builds them by hand each week.
Integrations
Connections between the systems you already use, so nobody re-enters the same data twice.
If the work is high-volume and rules-heavy, the industry doesn't matter. Tell us what you need built.

Questions
Do you only build for healthcare?
No. Healthcare is where we've built the most, but we build for any team with high-volume, rules-heavy work. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you whether we're a good fit.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We connect to the systems your team already uses, so nobody has to re-enter data.
Who hosts the software?
We do. Your software is hosted and managed by us, including updates, monitoring, backups and support.
Who makes the final decision?
Your team does. Anything the software is unsure about goes to a person, and nothing is submitted without approval.
Is the AI Receptionist available now?
We're taking a small number of pilot clients. Each pilot is set up with your schedule, providers and transfer rules, and any call it can't handle goes to your staff with a summary of what the caller needed.
How long does a build take?
You get a working prototype within 2–3 weeks. The time to full launch depends on integrations and data, and the scope and milestones are agreed in writing before the build starts.
